Beacon Hill Legal is working with a highly regarded litigation boutique in Michigan, in its search for a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a true litigator who wants meaningful courtroom, deposition, motion practice, and trial experience. This is not a role limited to document review or behind-the-scenes support.
About the Opportunity
This firm is known for handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters and staffing cases with lean teams, giving associates the chance to take on substantive responsibility early. The firm represents clients in high-stakes disputes and is looking for an associate who is eager to actively litigate, work closely with experienced trial lawyers, and develop into a well-rounded advocate.
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of litigation experience, ideally in a law firm setting
- Strong commercial litigation background, including experience with pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, and case strategy
- Excellent legal writing, research, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Interest in being on the front lines of litigation and gaining meaningful hands-on experience
- Admission to the Michigan Bar, or eligibility and willingness to become admitted in Michigan
