A boutique business law firm is looking to hire an experienced corporate attorney to join their practice in Minneapolis:
– The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of corporate transactional experience
– The role will work on mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, private equity representations, business advising, corporate governance, and general contract drafting
– The ideal candidate should be able to run deals with minimal hand-holding and ability to manage associates
– The firm is looking to make a hire as part of the long-term succession planning at the firm, the new hire will receive significant mentorship and support in assisting to grow and maintain the firm’s existing book of business
– The firm has an 1800 hour set up and offers a base compensation between $200-250k.
