A Chamber’s ranked full service law firm is seeking a new corporate associate attorney in their downtown Chicago office:
– The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in corporate transactions
– Candidates should have experience with mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital transactions, and general corporate representation
– The firm primarily handles middle-market transactions for global corporations in the banking, hotel, manufacturing, hedge fund, retail, and restaurant industries
– The firm offers a hybrid work set up (2-3 days per week in office)
– The firm does not have a billable hour target; however, most associates average 1850 hours
– The compensation for the role depends on experience and will be between $200-250k
