A highly respected, growth-oriented law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Partner to join its established transactional practice. This is a confidential opportunity for a senior attorney who enjoys sophisticated deal work, values collaboration, and is interested in joining a platform designed to help partners build, deepen, and expand their practices.
The Opportunity
The firm is looking for a corporate attorney with approximately 7+ years of transactional experience, including meaningful responsibility on mergers and acquisitions, private company transactions, and general corporate counseling. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, sound business judgment, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
This position offers the opportunity to work with a sophisticated client base that may include privately held companies, founders, family-owned businesses, investment-backed companies, and middle-market organizations across a range of industries.
Representative Work
The corporate team advises clients on a broad mix of transactional and business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private company sales and purchases, recapitalizations, joint ventures, commercial contracts, governance matters, ownership agreements, restructuring-related transactions, and other strategic business initiatives.
The practice is especially well suited for an attorney who enjoys being a strategic advisor to clients, understands how to balance legal precision with practical business realities, and wants to be part of a collaborative team handling sophisticated middle-market transactional work.
Ideal Background
- Approximately 7+ years of corporate transactional experience.
- Significant experience leading or managing sophisticated M&A transactions, particularly private company transactions and/or private equity-related deals.
- Strong background advising middle-market clients on corporate governance, commercial agreements, ownership arrangements, and general business matters.
- Experience with private securities offerings, joint ventures, investment fund formation, or alternative practice structures is helpful but not required.
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and client-service oriented approach to practicing law.
- Interest in joining a platform where collaboration, cross-selling, and long-term growth are prioritized.
- No portable business is required.

Compensation
The expected annual compensation range for this position starts at approximately $360,000 depending on experience. The firm also offers a competitive benefits package and eligibility for performance-based compensation.
