Litigation Paralegal – Clayton, MO
Beacon Hill Legal is assisting a defense litigation firm in Clayton with the search for a skilled Litigation Paralegal. This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive, trial-focused practice and play a key role in supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.
Responsibilities:

Conduct pre-claim investigations, legal research, and initial case assessments

Draft and file pleadings, motions, and appellate documents
-
Maintain case calendars, organize case files, and manage litigation logistics
-
Prepare and maintain pleadings and discovery indexes
-
Organize and manage exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices
-
Assist attorneys with discovery requests, including interrogatories
-
Gather and summarize medical records and other relevant information
-
Serve as liaison between trial teams and internal/external parties
-
Assist with voir dire, jury selection, witness preparation, and trial support
-
Provide support in case settlement preparation
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a litigation paralegal

Strong knowledge of motions, discovery, evidence, and litigation procedures
-
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
-
Strong writing, research, and communication abilities with keen attention to detail
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation databases
-
Paralegal associate degree or relevant certification preferred
