While technical expertise is important, the firm is equally focused on finding someone with outstanding interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a desire to build a long-term career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the eDiscovery lifecycle, including data processing, document review, production, and quality control.
  • Process and organize electronically stored information (ESI) for litigation matters.
  • Perform document tagging, coding, and database management.
  • Analyze metadata and ensure data integrity throughout the discovery process.
  • Prepare and manage document productions in accordance with case requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with attorneys, legal staff, and outside vendors on eDiscovery projects.
  • Assist with document review workflows and litigation support initiatives.
  • Utilize eDiscovery platforms and technology tools to support case teams.
  • Provide additional technical and project-based support as needed when eDiscovery workloads fluctuate.
  • Maintain detailed records and ensure compliance with discovery protocols and best practices.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, or a related legal technology role.
  • Knowledge of eDiscovery processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience with eDiscovery review platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, or similar applications.
  • Ability to process data, manage productions, work with metadata, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with attorneys and support staff.
  • Professional demeanor and outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred but not required.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Join a highly regarded law firm with a strong reputation and collaborative culture.
  • Work on sophisticated litigation and eDiscovery matters.
  • Enjoy a flexible hybrid work environment with potential for primarily remote work for the right candidate.
  • Expand your technical expertise while supporting a diverse range of legal projects.
  • Be part of a team that values professionalism, longevity, and exceptional client service.

Work Arrangement

This position offers a hybrid work schedule. Candidates located outside the immediate area may be considered for a primarily remote arrangement, provided they are available to attend the office periodically for training, team meetings, collaboration, and other business needs.

If you’re an eDiscovery professional looking for a stable, long-term opportunity where your technical skills and professionalism will be valued, we’d love to hear from you.
