We are seeking an experienced Intellectual Property Paralegal to join our team, supporting attorneys with all aspects of U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution, maintenance, and related intellectual property matters. This position plays a critical role in managing deadlines, preparing filings, and communicating directly with clients and foreign associates.
Responsibilities

Assist attorneys with U.S. and foreign patent and trademark prosecution and maintenance

Prepare and file patent, trademark, and copyright applications, along with all associated documents

Draft client reporting letters and maintain accurate case records

Correspond directly with clients, foreign associates, and government agencies

Conduct due diligence and lien searches

Prepare and file Information Disclosure Statements

Register and renew domain names

Ensure all deadlines are proactively managed and met
Qualifications

Undergraduate degree required

Paralegal certificate preferred

Minimum of 3 years of relevant intellectual property paralegal experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Strong organizational and critical thinking skills

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
