Beacon Hill is partnering with a Chicago firm in their search for a Labor & Employment Associate to join their growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ labor & employment experience in a sophisticated law firm setting.
Ideal experience:
- Guiding clients through state regulations and federal employment and labor laws including Title VII, ASA, ADEA, FLSA
- Litigating cases in front of administrative agencies
- Drafting employment agreements, separation agreements, and employee handbooks
- Experience with collective bargaining, collective employment, and employment discrimination cases
- Supporting employment issues as related to M&A
