Exceptional opening with a terrific, regional law firm to join their successful team as a commercial real estate paralegal. The day to day projects will keep you busy with UCC searches, title & survey, perform due diligence and coordinate closings, resviseing Purchase & Sale Agreements and appropriate amendments, forming LLC’s and partnerships, drafting various documents for a multitude of purchases, dispositions, construction and developments.
