An international law firm has an immediate need for a litigation associate to join their growing group in their Chicago office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years’ litigation experience with an emphasis on insurance disputes. Experience should include:
- Ability to handle insurance coverage and bad faith cases from inception through resolution
- Substantive experience drafting (including coverage opinions) and managing discovery
- Taking depositions
- Experience in local, state and federal courts
