A nationally recognized plaintiff’s law firm with offices across the country is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Attorney to join its growing team in Chicago. This firm is dedicated to advocating for individuals and families impacted by serious injuries and illnesses, and offers a collaborative, mission-driven environment where attorneys can make a meaningful difference.
The ideal attorney will have 2+ years experience of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. This attorney will be responsible for:

Managing a personal injury caseload from inception through resolution.

Overseeing discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Serving as second chair in trials with future opportunities to first chair.

Collaborating with a national litigation team and support staff to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starts at $120,000+ (commensurate with experience) + discretionary bonus
