A top New England Litigation Firm is looking for a Litigation Legal Assistant to support attorneys in our Worcester, MA office. The Legal Assistant will support teams of attorneys in the area of Insurance Defense and general civli llitigation. This is firm where attorneys and staff genuinely like coming to work and people stay long term! Only 2-3 days in office a week.
This is a great opportunity to work with a collegial office of professionals. The ideal candidate will have:
- Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience in a legal office setting.
- High level of attention to detail, responsiveness, critical thinking skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple simultaneous requests.
And be able to:
- Work independently in a fast-paced and demanding environment with consistently high level of accuracy.
- Prepare basic documents with minimal errors; good proofreading skills; excellent attention to detail.
- Learn new applications + processes; use firm resources to effectively manage responsibilities.
- Be reliable; flexible, versatile, and adaptable in a team and service oriented environment with the ability to consistently provide a high level of service.
- Organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints.
- Act in a solution-oriented manner.
