Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an Legal Administrative Clerk for a contract to hire opportunity with a notable law firm based in Richmond, VA.
This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to gain experience into the legal field!
- The role includes a variety of legal support tasks-such as organizing case files, correspondence with attorney’s, paralegals and clients, front desk coverage, mail handling, supply inventory, meeting preparation and more.
- The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office (including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel), and has strong communication and organizational skills.
This position will adhere to a fully onsite model in Richmond, Virginia.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
