Qualified candidates must have 2+ years of experience with all phases of litigation, including drafting and filing pleadings, managing e-discovery, conducting legal research, and preparing for trial and post-trial proceedings.
Responsibilities include maintaining case files, monitoring legal developments, coordinating with clients and third parties, and ensuring compliance with court rules and filing requirements across state and federal jurisdictions.
Prior experience with personal injury matters strongly preferred.
