Estate Planning Fiduciary Analyst
Location: Denver, CO
Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite per week)
A prominent and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Fiduciary Analyst to join their team in Denver.
About the Role:
The Estate/Fiduciary Analyst will play a key role in supporting attorneys and clients with trust and estate matters, applying fiduciary accounting principles, and preparing related tax filings.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file federal and state estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns

Prepare estate and trust accountings

Prepare informational returns for tax-exempt entities

Support estate and gift tax planning, including actuarial and interest computations (e.g., QPRTs, GRATs, CRATs, CLUTs)

Maintain and update trust and estate accounts and records

Respond to IRS and state tax authority inquiries

Assist with estate administration, including probate filings, asset collection, inventories, and distributions
Qualifications:

CPA license or Enrolled Agent required

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a trust and estate practice

Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Professional and personable demeanor with the ability to work well across teams and with clients
