This is a rare opportunity for a driven attorney who’s ready to lead, build, and make real impact inside a high-performing, high-growth firm. All candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, and be admitted in Massachusetts.
What You’ll Do:

Lead the PI litigation team from intake through trial

Work directly with senior leadership to drive strategy, performance, and growth

Mentor junior attorneys and staff – and hold the bar high

Own your caseload – full responsibility, no excuses

Put in the time it takes to win – nights, weekends, whatever it takes
What We’re Looking For:

5-7+ years of personal injury litigation experience, with real trial work under your belt

A proven leader who can manage people and performance

Someone who lives for the grind and doesn’t shy away from high stakes
