We’re partnering with a Pharmaceutical company to find a Compliance Business Partner for its U.S. Therapeutic Business Unit. This position will report to the Head of US Compliance.
In this highly visible role, you’ll act as a strategic compliance advisor-partnering with senior leaders across Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Field teams to drive a culture of integrity and ensure compliant operations.
What You’ll Do:

Advise on compliance matters, risk mitigation, and industry regulations (OIG, PhRMA Code, FDA, Sunshine Act, etc.)

Enhance compliance programs through policies, training, and monitoring

Support HCP engagement reviews and compliance initiatives

Collaborate cross-functionally to embed ethical decision-making into business processes
What We’re Looking For:

5+ years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or med device compliance (in-house experience preferred)

Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare regulations and promotional compliance

Excellent communication, judgment, and business partnership skills
