Commercial Finance Legal Assistant
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Commercial Finance Legal Assistant to support its growing Commercial Finance group. This role is ideal for a highly organized legal professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting complex commercial finance matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with document revisions and transaction closings
- Prepare and organize final closing documents and closing sets
- Support high-end commercial finance transactions
- Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of legal assistant or paralegal experience (commercial, corporate, or bankruptcy preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; tech-savvy with interest in new legal tech/AI tools
