Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Land Use Planner for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a growing law firm located in Fredericksburg, VA!
In this role, you will collaborate with attorneys, clients, consultants, and municipal staff to manage land use development projects through zoning and entitlement processes. You will be responsible for drafting zoning applications, coordinating with technical consultants, engaging with local boards, and supporting property development from start to finish.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of real estate law experience. Prior experience with land use matters highly preferred.
