Beacon Hill Legal is staffing a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal position for a growing law firm based in Virginia Beach, VA!
This role manages commercial purchase and listing files from initiation through closing, including reviewing titles, resolving titles issues, coordinating with clients, agents and seller settlement companies, preparing documentation, scheduling closings, and handling post-closing tasks.
Responsibilities also include drafting seller documents and deeds, conducting closings as needed, and sending finalized materials to the buyer’s settlement company.
Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of commercial real estate law experience.
