Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant – Minneapolis, MN
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to join a well respected law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will support attorneys and senior staff in a wide variety of estate planning and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to high-quality client service. Hybrid role and a 37.5 hour work week!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal admin support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice area.

Manage and review attorneys’ calendars.
- Draft and review legal documents and assist with the billing process.

Process requests, invoices, and mail.

Organize, manage, and maintain client files and electronic records in accordance with firm protocols.

Support the legal team with research, file management, and special projects.

Supervise tasks delegated to support staff where needed.
Qualifications:

2+ years of experience working in trusts and estates preferred.

High school diploma or GED.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic legal environment.
