Beacon Hill Legal seeks a contract attorney to assist with a busy construction and surety litigation practice.
Responsibilities:
-Motion practice and legal drafting (primary focus)
-Deposition prep and discovery support
-Assist with construction and engineering claims related to public works projects
Qualifications:
-Minimum 6 years of litigation and drafting experience
-Attorney licensed in any state
-Construction law or surety litigation experience preferred
-Ability to work independently and quickly get up to speed on matters
Current need is approximately 10-20 hours per week, with workload varying based on case demands.
