Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in a fast-paced practicehandling a high-volume caseload of personal injury matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage litigation files and case deadlines for a high-volume personal injury caseload.
- Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, correspondence, and other case-related documents.
- Review and summarize medical records, police reports, and related materials, while maintaining communication with clients, providers, insurers, experts, and opposing counsel.
- Assist attorneys with filings, depositions, mediations, hearings, trial preparation, and other litigation support needs.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of true hands-on litigation experience in a paralegal role is required.
- Personal injury experience is required, including work involving automobile accidents, slip-and-fall matters, and general personal injury cases.
- Strong knowledge of court procedures, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software, along with strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
