Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Part-Time Jr. Contracts Administrator (Hybrid – Wellesley, MA) for a temporary assignment.
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support an in-house legal team with contract administration, legal operations, document management, and special projects.
Responsibilities:
- Support contract administration and legal operations activities
- Draft, edit, organize, and maintain contracts and legal documents
- Assist with document management, filing, and reporting
- Support special projects and day-to-day administrative needs
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a legal, contracts, legal operations, or contract administration role
- In-house legal department and/or commercial contract experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with CLM or legal technology platforms is a plus
Schedule:
- Start at approximately 15 hours/week, increasing to 25 hours/week
- Onsite in Wellesley, MA on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
