Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Corporate M&A Attorney with 4+ years. This attorney will contribute to transactions involving small to mid‑sized tech and biotech companies.
Required Experience

4+ years of M&A experience in a law firm (large, mid‑size, or boutique).

Strong exposure to technology and/or biotech transactions preferred.

Ability to integrate quickly into an active practice with minimal supervision.

Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
Role Details

Duration: Six months, with potential for conversion

Schedule: Full‑time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
