Beacon Hill Legal is seeking Trusts & Estates Legal Professionals for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities throughout the Boston area.
We are interested in connecting with both attorneys and paralegals who have experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration.
Qualified candidates may have experience drafting and reviewing estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care proxies, HIPAA authorizations, and related instruments. Additional experience may include advising clients on estate planning matters, administering trusts and estates, probate filings, real estate transfers, client communications, and collaborating with financial advisors and other stakeholders throughout the estate planning process.
