Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Family Law Paralegal for a contract-to-hire opportunity with a notable law office in Largo, MD.
The ideal candidate will possess a Paralegal Certificate and a minimum of 2 years of family law experience within a law firm setting.
Paralegals with experience supporting matters involving the following are strongly preferred:
- Divorce and separation proceedings
- Equitable distribution and division of marital property
- Alimony and spousal support
- Child custody and visitation disputes
- Child support matters
- Annulments
- Domestic partnership and same-sex couple rights and family law issues
