Beacon Hill Legal seeks Virginia licensed attorneys for a contract-to-hire Associate General Counsel position with a notable trade association based in Arlington, VA!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be licensed to practice in Virginia.
- Experience with reviewing agreements including contracts, licensing agreements, NDAs, trademark filings, and other legal documents.
- Experience reviewing and editing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Experience preparing and filing federal and state lobbying documents.
- Prior experience within a 501(c)(6) organization preferred, but not required.
This position will offer hybrid flexibility at Arlington office.
