Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Global Trade Compliance Analyst for a fully remote opportunity supporting BAE Systems through their VMS program.
This is a full-time, remote contract role working Eastern Time hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with possible overtime). The initial assignment is expected to run for 6 months with potential for extension.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing, submitting, and administering export/import authorizations
- Reviewing trade compliance documentation for ITAR and EAR compliance
- Managing legal files, records, investigations, and compliance matters
- Creating and maintaining tracking tools and records
- Supporting audits, assessments, investigations, and Global Trade projects
Qualified candidates will have experience with ITAR and EAR regulations, legal file management, records tracking, and project coordination. Experience drafting ITAR/EAR licenses and familiarity with OCR EASE Global Trade software are highly preferred.
