This high-visibility role focuses on real estate transactions and operations, including joint ventures, investor deals, loan documentation, governance matters, operational agreements, and enterprise risk, while also streamlining legal operations through templates, systems, and process improvements.
Qualifications:

4+ years of experience with strong acquisitions and financing background; development experience a plus

Litigation exposure helpful but not required
