Beacon Hill Legal seeks a Corporate Attorney OR Paralegal for a contract engagement with a reputable trade association based in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will be available to start as early as Tuesday, August 11th.
Qualifications:
- Experience reviewing and drafting contracts such as licensing agreements and NDAs, trademark filings and other legal documents.
- Experience reviewing / editing meeting agendas and minutes.
- Prior experience within a nonprofit organization a plus!
- Must be comfortable working fully onsite in Arlington, VA.
