Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly regarded, mid-sized litigation firm in Denver to add a Civil Litigation Associate to its growing team. Practice Focus:
- Insurance defense
- Construction defect litigation
What They’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of civil litigation experience
- Strong working knowledge of Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
- Experience drafting motions (including dispositive motions) and managing discovery
- Deposition experience (prep and taking)
- Exposure to hearings and trial prep preferred
- Insurance defense or construction defect experience strongly preferred
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus
- Active Colorado bar license in good standing
