This is a full-service role offering exposure to both traditional labor and employment law matters in a collaborative, mentorship-driven environment.
Highlights:

2-6+ years of experience in employment and/or traditional labor law (strong litigation or counseling experience considered)

Advise on HR compliance, conduct internal investigations, handle litigation, and represent clients before agencies like the EEOC, NLRB, and DOL

Opportunity to support union and non-union employers in negotiations, strategy, and dispute resolution

Work with a diverse client base across industries – including Fortune 500 companies, school districts, and health systems

Strong emphasis on mentorship, collaboration, and early responsibility

Billable target: 1850 hours
