A leading Chicago boutique firm is seeking a mid to senior level Associate Attorney to join its growing Labor & Employment team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad mix of counseling, litigation, and transactional support for both local and international clients. Associates here gain hands-on experience from day one with direct client interaction and meaningful responsibility.
Qualifications:

3-8+ years of labor and employment law experience

Strong counseling background preferred; candidates with heavier litigation experience who want to expand their counseling practice will also be considered

Prior law firm experience preferred; candidates from government or in-house will be considered

Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in the firm’s downtown Chicago office

Reasonable 1750 billable hour target
