Beacon Hill Financial is currently partnering with a dynamic real estate management firm that is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial and residential assets. This role offers the chance to contribute to operational improvements, engage with a variety of property types, and collaborate closely with clients and senior leadership.
Pay: $100,000 – $125,000 base plus discretionary, performance-based bonus
Location: Irvine, California
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and validate monthly financial reports for each property, ensuring accuracy before sharing with stakeholders.
- Supervise external accounting partners and provide guidance on financial matters.
- Coordinate with service providers to address maintenance issues and repair requests for properties and associations.
- Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and propose enhancements to optimize operations.
- Authorize and process weekly vendor payments.
- Ensure timely issuance of monthly tenant invoices.
- Maintain official records and meeting documentation for property associations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum of four years’ experience managing commercial real estate.
- Familiarity with financial practices related to property management.
- Understanding of association governance and operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with Yardi platforms is highly desirable.
