A top AmLaw firm is seeking a mid to senior level Associate to join their Chicago team. This is a top, Chambers-ranked practice with a large Chicago presence. Qualified attorneys will have 4-8+ years of experience in either an AmLaw or well-respected boutique firm focusing on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, with specific experience working on advising on these matters related to mergers and acquisitions.
This firm offers top of the market compensation and bonuses. This role will work heavily on cross-border EBEC matters, so someone with an interest in developing their skillset on a more international basis would be a great fit.
