Our client, a well respected organization located in Oak Brook, IL is looking for a temporary Administrative Assistant to assist with their operations department. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has great attention to detail, and is comfortable utilizing all MS Office products. This is a temporary role until November with the potential for it to be expended.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of administrative functions, including scheduling calls, meetings, etc. on a global scale.
- Prepare, edit, and format reports, power point presentations, templates and documents needed for executives and field leadership.
- Participate in the coordination and editing of communications that align with and support the overall goals of the team and organization.
- Generate correspondence from notes or verbal communications.
- Review translated documents for formatting and accuracy.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 3+ years of office, administrative, or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Positive and pleasant personality
- Strong written and verbal skills
