A top AmLaw firm is seeking talented M&A/Private Equity Associates to join their Chambers’ ranked team in Chicago. Associates will have 1-7+ years of experience in an AmLaw environment. Qualfied attorneys will have worked on transactions drafting and negotiating ancillary documentation, conducting due diligence, and based on experience level, have run or managed deal teams.
This firm pays top of the market compensation and market bonus. Associates here have a 2000 hours target and a hybrid in office expectation (3 days/week).
