Multiple AmLaw firms ranging from top Cravath-paying to the AmLaw 200 with lower billables are eagerly seeking and interviewing finance/banking Associates/Counsel level attorneys. Attorneys must have 1+ year of experience, preferably in an AmLaw firm but those with solid boutique firm experience in sophisticated transactions will be considered as well. Both local (Chicago) candidates as well as those in other states but open to relocating will also be considered!
