We are working with a biopharmaceutical company which has an immediate need for an attorney with experience handling SEC reporting matters to join their legal group. This position will start as a contract assignment but there is the possibility it could result in a full time offer at a later time. Candidates should have experience with ’34 Act annual and quarterly reporting, board work, and if there is experience with general contracts that would be helpful as well.
