A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Chicago office. Associates work closely with partners on complex transactions and are encouraged to participate in business development and client-facing activities.
Qualifications:
* 3-5+ years of commercial real estate finance experience
* Experience handling permanent, construction, and mezzanine loan transactions
* Exposure to transactions involving commercial, healthcare, office, multifamily, retail, industrial, or mixed-use properties preferred
* Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and commercial leasing matters
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while working both independently and collaboratively
* J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
* Illinois bar admission, or eligibility to become admitted in Illinois
