A capital management company is seeking a Senior Finance Attorney to join their team. Ideal candidates will have 6+ years of experience in a large law firm working on private credit or finance transactions. Candidates must be familiar with deal flow as well as drafting and negotiating loan documents. Experience with capital markets transactions or funds transactions will also be considered.
This role reports directly to the GC and will work on a broad range of work, including finance and capital markets transactions, but also SEC filings, compliance, commercial contracts, corporate governance and more.
This is a hybrid role out of their Chicago office. Candidates who are relocating will be considered.
Compensation expected to be around $240-250k + bonus.
