Beacon Hill is hiring for a Structured Transactions Attorney to support a law firm’s structured finance and securitization practice. This is a long-term, remote opportunity (with optional in-office flexibility), ideal for midlevel to senior attorneys with strong corporate or finance transactional experience seeking consistent, high-level work.
Key responsibilities and qualifications:
* Support structured transactions, with a focus on securitization matters including RMBS, ABS, and CLO transactions
* Conduct legal analysis and provide transactional support on complex financing deals
* Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents related to structured finance matters
* Collaborate with team members across offices, particularly those based in New York
* Assist with high-volume transactional workflows while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
* Midlevel to senior-level experience in a law firm environment required
* Strong background in corporate and/or finance transactions required
* Experience with structured finance and securitization (RMBS/ABS/CLO) highly preferred
* Must be licensed and in good standing in the state where you are located and working
* Preferred locations include Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, DC
* Must be able to commit to a long-term engagement averaging approximately 30-40 hours per week (hours may fluctuate)
* Must be comfortable working at a straight-time hourly rate
* No solo practitioners or plaintiff-side experience
