Beacon Hill is seeking an experienced Temporary-to-Permanent Personal Injury Paralegal for a growing plaintiff-side firm. This position will support a busy pre-litigation practice handling motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, and some medical malpractice cases. It is ideal for a paralegal with strong pre-litigation experience who can manage a high-volume caseload and work closely with clients, medical providers, and attorneys.
This is a fully onsite position requiring attendance in the office five days per week in Trevose, PA. Hours are flexible (8-4 or 9-5). No overtime required.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage approximately 65 pre-litigation personal injury files
- Prepare, organize, and track discovery materials, including drafting response packages and managing supporting documentation
- Open and maintain case files, ensuring records, correspondence, and matter details are accurate and current in the case management system
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, and attorneys
- Collaborate with litigation attorneys while handling exclusively pre-litigation responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of pre-litigation personal injury experience
- Experience with motor vehicle and premises liability cases; exposure to medical malpractice a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and case management skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
