Beacon Hill is seeking attorneys with labor and employment-related claims experience to support a new client matter with an Am Law 200 firm. This is a fully-remote opportunity, although candidates must be located in a jurisdiction where the firm has office locations.
This role will support the firm with handling a high volume of labor and employment related claims. The ideal candidate will be experienced and confident in navigating EEOC and other employment-related matters alongside firm attorneys in supporting this client.
Key Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in employment law, particularly in defending corporate clients and/or government agencies.
- This role will assist with the review, organization, and response to a volume of employment-related claims
- Must have strong legal research experience, being able to identify supporting information behind individual claims
- Must come with experience managing EEOC matters and other traditional labor grievances
- Federal Court experience is a plus
- Proven ability to support volume of matters, helping streamline workflows, and work closely in support of larger team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
