Beacon Hill is hiring for an experienced Of Counsel Attorney to support a boutique law firm’s real estate and transactional practice. This is a part-time opportunity requiring approximately 10-20 hours of work per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle general real estate development transactions.
- Represent construction lenders in financing transactions.
- Draft and review equity documents and construction and permanent loan documents.
- Review title and survey matters.
- Assist with bond-related transactions and matters.
- Support additional real estate and transactional matters as needed.
Qualifications
- Significant experience with real estate development and transactional matters.
- Experience serving as construction lender counsel.
- Strong experience drafting and reviewing equity, title, survey, and loan documentation.
- Experience with bond transactions.
- Affordable housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience is a plus but not required.
- Municipal finance experience is a plus but not required.
