Beacon Hll is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Legal Assistant to support a small legal team within a Corporate Business and Franchise Law practice. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative capabilities and experience in business transactions and contract management. You will work closely with and provide direct support to up to two attorneys in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize contracts and related documentation

Provide administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, document preparation, and client communications

Assist with business transaction workflows and related documentation

Maintain and update case files and legal databases

Prepare and edit legal correspondence and basic legal documents

Coordinate meetings, deadlines, and client follow-ups

Perform general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and document handling

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal assistant or administrative legal support role

Strong familiarity with Corporate Business Law and/or Franchise Law preferred

Experience with contract management and business transaction support preferred
