A Chicago boutique firm is seeking a mid to senior level Associate Attorney to join their Labor and Employment team. This will work on a broad mix of counseling, litigation, and transaction support for L&E matters with local and international clients. The associate in this role will get hands on experience quickly and be in front of clients from day one.
Qualified attorneys will have 3-8+ years of experience in labor and employment law. Preference for a solid counseling practice, but someone with a stronger litigation side looking to develop their counseling side will be considered. Attorneys with private practice experience preferred, but candidates coming from government or in house will be considered as well.
This firm is on a hybrid schedule – 3 days a week in their downtown Chicago office. The firm has a 1750 billable target and a clear path to partnership for all attorneys joining the firm. Compensation expected to range from $150-190k+ depending on experience level.
