Multiple firms across Michigan are seeking Finance/Banking Associates/Counsel for their teams. Qualified candidates will have at least one year of experience in private practice working on finance transactions – which can include debt finance, structured finance, or real estate finance transactions. Attorneys should be familiar with deal flow and due diligence and more senior attorneys have experience drafting and negotiating core loan documents.
These firms offer a variety of salary and hour ranges depending on experience, individual firm, and title. Opportunities are currently available in Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, and Detroit area, with other locations being considered depending on candidate. Attorneys relocating to Michigan and licensed or eligible for reciprocity happily considered.
