Qualified attorneys will have 3-7+ years of experience in private practice working on a broad range of mergers, acquisitions, financings, and corporate governance (or some combination thereof).

Associates here average around 1750 billable hours annually and have a flexible in office policy. The firm hires with succession planning and making associates partner in mind. Compensation expected to be around $200-220k based on class year.
